son of a beach.
yesterday was awesome.
we went to al-ghazal beach to barbecue (>w<)
i brought along my inflatable plastic boat thingmajig. i arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon. I chose a shaded place and bought ice-cream. Then i took my hat and lay down on the beach; meaning to get some tan XD but accidentally i fell asleep (HAHAHAH).
i woke up cz Ocha came, and i ran up to her and offered her ice-cream. then after praying, the bloat was inflated -thanksdad- and with my brother, we went paddling to a floating platform you can dive from in the middle of the ocean (Y).
when we were about to set ashore again to the beach, Jihan and Nadia arrived. The wind was blowing in the opposite direction, making it hard for us to paddle, and since no paddling equipment (aka: OARS) were provided, it was very difficult. In the end, Ocha had to get off and use her legs as engines XD.
we took Nadia and Jihan with us. we figured out it would be difficult to row back to the platform with 5 people in the boat. eventually, we agreed that Ocha will push and Jihan will pull. the water was shallow since it was low tide, and we were able to get there with quite no problem (well, to me). from there, we could see tiny, tiny fish and a rock with a metal-like rope tying it - only we couldn't see where it ended O.O
we kept going back and forth and back and forth - until Tante Lisna came and also the Ghozalis. they went on the boat with us (except nabila) and Salman too - only he was too scared so he went back with my brother and mom.
on the platform, we were very excited to dive, but none of us were brave enough XD Jihan and Ocha kept on arguing and hesitating if they should dive or not, since it looked real deep. we decided to take a trip to the other side of the platform where the rock was and tried to reach the ground - no, nobody ever felt it.
Ocha and Jihan were getting very cold (ocha's lips were like blue lipstick), and we saw some of the parents waving at us. we took a trip back and found out that the barbecue was on! First, it wasn't ready, so we dug a previously-dug hole in the sand - enough to fit 2 people at least. we kinda failed to make it any deeper, but succeeded in making it wider (Y) when the barbecue was ready, we all ate and stood near the fire *to make ourselves warm, of course*
because Ocha and Jihan were so-o slow (no offense) Nadia, Alya, Abyad and I took the boat and floated to the platform. we just sat around playing 'titanic' and soon got bored. we were floating back to the shore when the wind blew in the other direction. using only my dad's crocs to paddle, we were stuck; but Jihan came to the rescue! YAY JIHAAN.
we got a bit of rest then (i ate some more), and dug the hole even further. Ocha and Nadia ordered Alya to bury them in sand, so she did. Jihan and I buried ourselves. i had a bump on my legs and i go 'I'M PREGNANT 8D' and we all cracked up. alya helped us until our necks. unfortunately it was ruined since someone threw sand at my face and i had to run to the sea and wash it off with sea water >.> i also had to spit now and again.
we took a bath, and after we were clean, we played in the bouncy castle and the playground. Ocha was the king/knight/queen with Nadia as her assistant, and Jihan and I were the 'servants'. we had to do all these things ; answer a question, make a kingdom out of sand, get ocha some ocha (tea) and obstacle course. I won with only 1 point difference (2-1) since we all failed in the obstacle course. i was the new king/knight/queen, but it ended very soon cz we had to go. I might go there again this weekend - and i might invite some ppl :D
im sorry if this might sound like a replica of Ocha's post D: but we both went through the same things. ok that is it. goodbye :D

barbecue runway.
today i woke up at 5 in the morning and can't sleep. so i browsed DBSK stuff and found out:
-Yunho's going to Los Angles.
-Breakout! was on Z100 New York radio for J-Pop music.
-Backstreet Boys praised the boys and said in Tokyo, it was like looking in a mirror.
-DBSK told the radio thingmajig they appreciated the BB's compliments.
-DBSK has 5 songs up on Oricon Chart; 1. Doushite kimi wo suki ni natte shimmattan darou 2. Share the World 3. Stand by U 4. Purple Line 5. Mirotic
that is it. i am not bothered to write about jessica's musicals.

today, i woke up at 5 am. i prayed, then slept again for 15 minutes. i woke up again since i just remembered i'm supposed to go to al-bidda park today at 7:00am with Anty and Karin.
I got dressed and was ready at 6:16am. i thought i was a bit early since Tante Retno (Anty's mom) was going to pick me up at about 7:00am, so i packed Karin's presents; 2 bottles of nail polish - one slightly orange and one pinkish glittery-ish and the multi-purpose holder i made her out of clay :D my mom said i should find a better thing to do. i was just about to turn on my laptop when she said;
Mom: Rania! Help me hang all these wet clothes I just took out from the washing machine!
Me: SAY WHAT? -________-''
so that is a better thing to do in my mom's point of view. yeah.
i then turned on my laptop and checked allkpop. I hung around a bit, called Anty and waited. i was preparing the food to bring when my phone rang and Anty said; 'We're here! You can come down now.' I said bye to my mom and my sleeping sister and went downstairs.
When we arrived there were grass-mowers D8 Anty and I played on the swing, tried (but failed) the monkey-bars, climbed on the spider web and rode on the the round-and-round thingmajig.
We were playing I-spy when Karin arrived. I gave Karin her present and then a few minutes later there was a big gang of school children on their school trip raiding out 'private' playground, so we walked over to the big round slope-ish thing and over to the grass part, where Anty and Karin's moms were sitting with food. CC joined us and they sat with Tresa and Andin. We ate a bit, then we all (except moms) went down to the little shop and bought Popsicles/Icicles; i bought one liquid and one frozen. We hung round a bit until Karina's mom told us we have to meet somebody 8D
When we got there, there was a nice woman and a girl about our age beside her. The woman was Karin's mom's friend and the girl was Gargita, her daughter. Karin, Anty and I invited her to play. We first let Karin try on her roller skates-- and that's when I found the Enchanted Wood I was talking about.
While waiting for Karin, Anty, Gargita and I walked about behind our little picnic spot. I cried and said 'Look, Anty! You were talking about role-plays for Enchanted Wood, and here it is!' Sure enough, it was there. There was a spot with lots and lots of big trees. The trees shaded the spot from the sunlight, and it was like a havenly shaded oasis in the middle of a vast, sunny desert. We immediately ran over there, and Anty and I were freaking out and going on about how much it looks like Indonesia and it feels like home. It was absolutely beautiful. The leaves covered us up and in between them, we could see the clear, blue sky. The branches were low so I could touch a few leaves (im short as u know -,-'') and it was a mixture of the park and nature. When Karina came and joined us (she didn't think much of the 'enchanted wood') she skated along the alleyway of the 'wood', and i regretted it that i didn't bring my camera. There was a lamppost at the edge of the 'wood', and i thought it would look rather like London Street if it was night and the lamp lit up. Anty thought so too and I bet England suddenly came up in her mind -toenk2-.
Oh, yeah, on our way to the big-slope-ish grey thing, there was a kind of amphitheatre. i tried standing in the middle of it and i asked Karin and Anty if they could hear me. Thumbs-up were in sight, so we swapped and each tried stomping our feet and shouting stuff. In addition, Karin strutted around like a model while we give her some thumbs-ups.
After going out of the enchanted wood, Anty, Gargita and I played a bit on the big-slope-ish-grey thingmajig, me sitting on an empty, squashed bottle. Karin suggested to play hide n seek, so we did; but it was stopped when people got tired and just sat there.
I thought we should go back to the playground; so, Anty, Gargita, Karin, Zahra (Karin's lil sis) and I walked back to the playground - which was, like, at the end of the world. To our despair, the playground was filled with more and more and more and MORE school children on their (poo-poo) school trip, sparing us only a 4-seated see-saw. we tried it but it didn't even bounce up and down for us. Soon we got tired of it and hung out around the transparent blue pond. We were so amazed since we couldn't even see where the water started at the edge. Then Tresa came and told us to go home; on the way back to our picnic spot, i played 'blind' with Anty. I closed my eyes and she had to lead me. I didn't even trust her so i peeked now and again (sorry Anty DX).
I went home with Anty, and when I got home i had to tidy up Izhar's toys after his friend came along -_____________-''
and here i am, writing this long, long post. I should go and rest now. Bye!~

came home.
today i learnt a new tune in violin - clockwork doll. FRIKKIN FAST but the fingers are quite easy HAR HAR. not that i can do it immediately; but easier than my other tunes XD
OMG MY BROTHER IS WATCHING RUBBADUBBERS ON JIM JAM
after my sister and i finished our lessons, we went to al-ghazal club (Y). my brother had swimming lessons, so i ate lamb chop with fries, vanilla ice-cream and choco-creamy cake and watched robin hood to prevent boredom.
i also did my homework booklet.
my dad just asked 'what r u doing?'
Me: blogging.
Dad: whaat?
Me: BLOGGING!
Dad: WHY AREN'T U STUDYIN'?

i have a not-so-interesting life since i have no pets. i want a kitty >(

i like my firefox 3.6 persona/layout. it's a random invasion kind of thing.

OH YES. today, when my mom went out to the gathering (i wrote about this), i was tasked to clean up my mom's room. there was the ironing board she used this morning, and i thought i should pack that away too. so i tried folding it back, but i failed. i tipped it over and pulled and pushed the sticking out parts. i gave up, and when i made it stand up, it was, like, my height.
i freaked out and asked my sister for help. i hid in the kitchen, waiting for her expression. she laughed SOO hard and said 'U LAME-O! ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS PUSH IT!' -___-''' she said she jumped when she saw it XD.
wow. my dad is freaking out about Rooney's victorious goal. wow.

Stuff.

i just downloaded firefox 3.6 and changed my persona. oh, i love my laptop nao *hugs*
omfg that was gay.
i'm watching brandy and mr whiskers. STUPID I GOT A ROCKET. Brandy and Mr Whiskers is soo much better :P.

ok, because FIKAR brought up the whole 'blogger' thing up again and ocha changed her blogger, i decided; why shouldn't i? so i did.
i wish i can spend more time on my blogger D: i shall post a recipe for pancakes (Y) idkw but im proud of it :P
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour — stirred or sifted before measuring.
- 2 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons (melted) butter
MAKE!
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, and 1 1/2 cups of milk.
3. Add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth.
4. Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk; but not too much or else it will get too runny.
5. Cook on a hot, greased gridle/pan, using about 1/4 of batter for each pancake.
6. Cook until bubbly, a little dry round the edges and lightly browned on the bottom; flip and brown the other side.
